World Book Day 2019!

World Book Day 2019!

World Book Day is Thursday 7th March, although it seems to have turned into World Book Month with the number of visits planned!

I'm looking forward to celebrating with lots of you.

The diary is fully booked for visits this term, but I do have some dates for the Summer Term.

Please get in touch soon if you would like me to come to your school.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to make a booking for World Book Week 2020 as it gets very busy! The day itself...

The Time Travelling Cat at Wimpole Hall History Festival!

The Time Travelling Cat at Wimpole Hall History Festival!

I really enjoyed being one of a group of speakers at Wimpole Hall last July.

It was an opportunity to launch the new book cover for an old favourite, The Time Travelling Cat and the Great Victorian Stink.

It was a great day out, so thank you to all those involved in organising the event  and to everyone who attended.

There's one for the Big Red Bath showing how it can be used to teach Maths, Art, Literacy and lots more subjects.

For more topic including Family, Seaside, Animals, Water, Pirates, Fairies, Birthdays, Journeys, Transport, Water, Saving the Planet, Egyptians, Tudors and Victorians click on Lesson Plans or follow this link.
