Class Three All at Sea Lesson Plan

When Lucy Compton of Spinney Hill Primary School in Leicester used Class Three All at Sea as described in the following lesson plan, OFSTED Inspectors visiting the school said they had never seen such a high standard of writing from Year 1 Boys.

Book To Screen - New Resource Pack Now Available

The aim of this pack is to create a wider literacy - including visual literacy. Pupils will engage in in-depth analysis of text and moving image, leading to a greater understanding of both the author's and the filmmaker's crafts. Book to Screen will encourage pupils to become more perceptive readers of the word and the visual image.
